Pork Carnitas
Delicious pork tacos made with lean pork tenderloin, marinated in orange juice, garlic and onion. After putting on a flavourful rub, you slow-roast the pork and shred the meat. Finish cooking the pork with a quick fry which gives you crispy, caramelized bits. Served with soft flour tortillas and a corn & black bean blend. Would be excellent topped with some shredded fresh cabbage and cilantro.
