Cancellation Policy

We know sometimes life happens and you may have to reschedule or cancel your booking. To prepare for your session we preorder all the ingredients for each customers order, therefore we ask for 72-hour notice prior to your session if you need to cancel or reschedule.

If your request to cancel is received prior to the 72 hours’ notice, a full refund will be issued via the same payment method you paid for your session.

If a session is missed or cancelled with less than 72 hours’ notice, Simply Supper will prepare the meals requested and charge the extra pick up fee applicable to the selected package when the meals are picked up. Meals will be available for pick up the day after the missed session and will be frozen.

Available delivery times

We know that time is of the essence and that you value prompt delivery when ordering meals. That's why we've created a calendar that reflects our pre-booked delivery spots available for the month. You can easily check out the most convenient time slots for you and book your delivery accordingly. However, we understand that life is unpredictable and you might need a different delivery time or even same-day delivery. Simply give us a call and we'll work with you to try and accommodate your needs.
