DO NOT THAW MEAL AHEAD OF TIME. PULL IT OUT 10 MINUTES BEFORE YOU’RE READY TO BEGIN COOKING. Run shrimp under cold water for 10-15 minutes or until thawed. Pat them dry with a paper towel. Begin preparing rice. In a frying pan add shrimp and cook for 5 -7 minutes or until they turn pink. Remove shrimp from pan and set aside. Add sauce to the pan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 5-8 minutes. Add cooked shrimp to the sauce and continue to simmer for 5 minutes. Serve on top of rice and enjoy!!! INSTANT POT INSTRUCTIONS: Begin preparing rice according to instructions on the bag. This meal does not need to be thawed beforehand (frozen will take longer to come to pressure and may take longer to cook). Place frozen shrimp in the Instant Pot, add contents of the sauce bag and cook on Medium Pressure on Meat setting for 2-3 minutes and QR. When rice is cooked, serve with shrimp and sauce. Enjoy!
