Thaw completely (we recommend thawing meal in the fridge for 1-2 days). Begin boiling water for pasta. Heat a skillet to med-high heat. Sauté chicken tenders until golden brown, approx 5-8 minutes. Once browned, reduce heat to med-low. Place pasta into boiling water (it should take around 8-10 minutes to cook). Add sauce to skillet with chicken. Simmer for 8-10 minutes. Add cooked pasta to skillet and mix with sauce. Enjoy! INSTANT POT INSTRUCTIONS: Begin boiling water for pasta on stovetop. Put sauce and chicken in the Instant Pot, add ½ cup of hot water, cook and put on Poultry for 13 minutes. Add pasta to boiling water and cook to desired tenderness and drain. Once chicken is done, quick release (QR) and take chicken out of the IP. Hit Sauté to tighten the sauce for 3-4 minutes. Stir in the cooked pasta & chicken and serve.
