Thaw completely (we recommend thawing in the fridge for 1-2 days). Place contents of zipper bag in 3.5 litre slow cooker (cooking time will have to be adjusted if you are using a different size of slow cooker). Cook on low for 4-6 hours. Use a fork to pull chicken apart until shredded. Buns: Place under the broiler for 2-3 min or until golden brown. Cut buns in half and serve chicken on buns. Top with cheese if desired. We suggest pairing this meal with our yummy Sweet Potato Fries! Enjoy! INSTANT POT INSTRUCTIONS: Thaw meal for best results. Place thawed or frozen meat in the Instant Pot (frozen will take longer to come to pressure and will take longer to cook), and the contents of the chicken bag and ¼ cup of hot water for a 2-3 serving (or ½ cup for a 4-6) and cook on High Pressure Poultry setting for 20 minutes and QR. Once chicken is cooked, you can remove from Instant Pot and shred with 2 forks. You can thicken the sauce by adding a cornstarch slurry of 1-2 Tbsp of cornstarch mixed with an equal amount of cold water and slowly stir it into the sauce on the Sauté setting until thickened. Return chicken to IP to soak in the sauce for 5 minutes. Sere on warm buns and top with cheese if desired. Enjoy!
