Oven/Slowcooker/Instapot
Thaw meal completely (we recommend thawing in fridge for 1-2 days). Slowcooker: Place contents of zipper bag in 3.5 L slow cooker. (Cooking time will have to be adjusted if you are using a different size of slow cooker). Cook on low for 4-6 hours. Shred beef and let soak in the sauce for 5 minutes. Oven: Preheat oven to 350F. Bake in a covered roasting dish for 35-40 minutes. Uncover for 15 -25 min or until desired internal temperature is reached (a medium roast will be approx 140F.) Shred beef and let soak in the sauce for 5 minutes. Yorkshire Puddings: Bake in oven for 10-15 minutes at 350F, or until heated through. Serve beef on top! INSTANT POT INSTRUCTIONS: This meal can be cooked from frozen but will take longer to come to pressure and cook. Empty contents of the zipper bag in the IP and High Pressure Manual cook for 55-60 minutes, naturally release for 10 minutes and then QR. With 5 minutes of cook time left, preheat your oven to 350F. While the meal is releasing, heat the Yorkshire puddings in the oven for 10-15 minutes. Remove the beef and thicken the sauce with a cornstarch slurry by adding 1-2 Tbsp of cornstarch mixed with an equal amount of cold water and slowly stir into the sauce on the Sauté setting. Shred the beef with 2 forks and return the meat to the IP to soak in the sauce for 5 minutes. Enjoy!
