Thaw everything but the Brussels sprouts (we recommend thawing in the fridge for 1-2 days). 2 Preheat oven to 375F. Put Brussels sprouts in the seasoning bag and shake until evenly coated. You may choose to add a tsp each of the parmesan and pesto to the Brussels sprouts or keep all the toppings for the salmon. Bake covered (sealing with foil is fine) for 10 a minute head start before adding salmon to the oven. Arrange salmon in a shallow baking dish, skin side down. Spread pesto over each piece of salmon and then sprinkle the parmesan cheese on top of the pesto. Bake uncovered for 25-35 minutes or until salmon easily flakes with a fork. With 10 minutes remaining for the salmon, remove the lid to the Brussels sprouts. Enjoy!
