Thaw completely (we recommend thawing in the fridge for 1-2 days). Preheat oven to 350F. Bake uncovered in preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165F. 15 minutes before the pork is done cooking begin preparing rice. Remove from oven and place on a serving dish. Cover with aluminum foil for 3-5 minutes to keep the juices in. Slice the pork thinly before serving over rice and enjoy!! INSTANT POT INSTRUCTIONS: Thaw meal for best results. Begin preparing rice separately on the stovetop. Empty contents of the large zipper bag in the IP and add 1/4 cup of water for a 2-3 serving (1 cup for a 4-6 serving). High Pressure Manual cook for 5 minutes and naturally release for 5-7 minutes and then QR. Remove the pork and thicken the sauce with a cornstarch slurry by adding 1-2 Tbsp of cornstarch mixed with an equal amount of cold water and slowly stir into the sauce on the Sauté setting. Thinly slice the pork and serve on a bed of hot rice with extra sauce. Enjoy!
