Thaw completely (we recommend thawing in the fridge for 1-2 days). DO NOT THAW SWEET POTATO FRIES, COOK THEM FROM FROZEN. Pre-heat oven to 375F. Prepare two lined baking sheets for this meal. Empty contents from each of the bags into a separate shallow container or plate (the containers should be set up in this order: flour - egg - breadcrumb). Remove chicken from bag. Dip one breast at a time in flour mixture & completely coat. Then dip the floured breast into the egg mixture & fully coat. Then dip breast one at a time in breadcrumb mixture. Place sweet potato fries on one of the lined baking sheets and place in the oven (giving them a 5 minute head start on the chicken). Heat skillet on stove to a med-high heat with oil. Once pan is hot, fry breasts for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown & crispy, reducing heat if necessary to prevent burning. Place browned chicken on lined baking sheet and place in oven. Bake for 20 minutes or until chicken reaches an internal temp of 165F. Flip sweet potato fries after 10 minutes. Serve hot and enjoy!
(BAKE) Boneless, skinless chicken breasts are tossed in a mixture of panko bread crumbs, crushed pretzels and bacon bits. The chicken is pan-fried and then baked in the oven to finish it off. Served with our Sweet Potato Fries, this meal is sure to please everyone! Dairy free, contains egg. CAN BE MADE GLUTEN FREE. Low carb option available.
