Thaw completely (we recommend thawing in the fridge for 1-2 days). Preheat oven to 400F. Arrange salmon in a shallow baking dish, skin side down - discard marinade. Bake uncovered for 16-20 minutes or until salmon easily flakes with a fork. While salmon is cooking, start cooking rice. With 5-7 minutes remaining on the salmon, take the glaze (second sauce bag) and place in a pot on the stove and gently warm on low heat. Once salmon is done, top with warm glaze and serve with rice. We suggest serving with our Parmesan Green Beans - $6.
(BAKE) Atlantic salmon is marinated in a mixture of olive oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, brown sugar and ginger. Salmon is baked in the oven and glazed with a honey and sriracha mixture. Served on a bed of rice, this meal is the perfect blend of spicy and flavourful. We suggest serving with our Parmesan Green Beans - $6. Dairy & egg free. CAN BE MADE GLUTEN FREE.
