Thaw completely (we recommend thawing in the fridge for 1-2 days). Begin preparing rice according to instructions on rice bag. BBQ INSTRUCTIONS- Preheat BBQ to Med-High. Place the thighs on a upper rack of the BBQ to reduce burning and turn frequently. Cook thighs for 30-35 mins or until internal temp reaches at least 175F. During the last 5 - 7 minutes of cooking, spoon the tomato marinade mixture on the top of the chicken. OVEN INSTRUCTIONS- Preheat oven to 375F. Place the thighs in a shallow baking dish and spoon the tomatoes on top and bake for 25-35 minutes or until internal temp reaches at least 175F. Serve chicken with rice. Pair this meal with our Parmesan Green Beans. Enjoy! INSTANT POT INSTRUCTIONS: This meal can be cooked from frozen but will take longer to come to pressure and cook. Begin preparing rice separately on the stovetop. Empty contents of the large zipper bag in the IP and add 1/4 cup of water for a 2-3 serving (1/2 cup for a 4-6 serving). High Pressure Manual cook for 6 minutes and naturally release for 5-7 minutes and then QR. Remove the chicken and thicken the sauce with a cornstarch slurry by adding 1-2 Tbsp of cornstarch mixed with an equal amount of cold water and slowly stir into the sauce on the Sauté setting. Enjoy!
