Thaw completely (we recommend thawing in the fridge for 1-2 days). Begin preparing rice according to instructions on rice bag. BBQ INSTRUCTIONS- Preheat BBQ to Med-High. Place the thighs on a upper rack of the BBQ to reduce burning and turn frequently. Cook thighs for 30-35 mins or until internal temp reaches at least 175F. During the last 5 - 7 minutes of cooking, spoon the tomato marinade mixture on the top of the chicken. OVEN INSTRUCTIONS- Preheat oven to 375F. Place the thighs in a shallow baking dish and spoon the tomatoes on top and bake for 25-35 minutes or until internal temp reaches at least 175F. Serve chicken with rice. Pair this meal with our Parmesan Green Beans. Enjoy!
