Thaw completely (we recommend thawing in the fridge for 2 days). Heat pan on medium-high heat and add enough oil to lightly cover the bottom of the pan. Add beef and brown for 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess fat. Add bag of sauce to the pan and 1 cup (2 cups if a 4-6) of water and stir. Bring to a boil and reduce heat. Add bag of rice and stir to combine all ingredients. Cover pan and stir occasionally for 15 minutes or until rice is cooked and all liquid is absorbed. Remove from heat and sprinkle cheese over top and cover. Let stand for 5 minutes. Serve warm! We suggest serving with nacho chips. INSTANT POT INSTRUCTIONS: This meal must be thawed. Add 2 tsp of oil to Instant Pot and Sauté the ground beef for 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat from IP. Still on the Sauté setting, add contents of the sauce bag and an additional 1 Cup of hot water for a 2-3 (or 2 Cups for a 4-6) and bring to a boil. Once boiling, turn the IP off and stir in the rice. Put lid on the IP, seal valve and cook on Manual High Pressure for 5 minutes and then QR. Remove lid, sprinkle cheese on top and let sit for 5 minutes before serving. We suggest serving with nacho chips. Enjoy!
