Thaw completely (we recommend thawing in the fridge for 2 days). Preheat skillet to medium heat. Begin preparing rice. Transfer contents of the zipper bag to the skillet and cook for 20 -25 minutes (flip chops halfway and stir the sauce occasionally). Pork is done when internal temperature reaches 165F. Serve over rice. Enjoy! INSTANT POT INSTRUCTIONS: Thaw meal for best results. Begin preparing rice separately on the stovetop. Put 2 tsp of oil in the Instant Pot. Sauté thawed chops for 2-3 minutes per side. Once browned, add the sauce bag and an additional 2 Tbsp hot water for a 2-3 (or ¼ cup for a 4-6) and cook on Meat setting for 10 minutes. QR and remove pork with slotted spoon. You can set IP to Sauté for a few minutes to tighten the sauce. Serve chops with rice.
