Bake
Thaw meal completely (We recommend thawing in the fridge for 1-2 days). Preheat oven to 375F and begin preparing rice. Add chicken to flour bag (one piece of chicken at a time). Seal the bag and shake to fully coat the chicken. Heat 1-2 tsp of oil in a skillet. Add chicken and brown on med-high heat for 4-6 minutes per side. Remove chicken from the skillet (set skillet aside to be used later) and place on a broiler pan or baking dish. Bake for 6-8 minutes. When the chicken is done in the oven take the skillet from earlier and add the onion bag mixture, heat for 1-2 minutes then add the chicken and toss together. Serve over rice and with sweet Thai chili sauce for dipping! Enjoy!
