Stovetop
Thaw completely (We recommend thawing in the fridge for 1-2 days) MAKE SURE TO LEAVE THE VEGETABLES IN THE FREEZER UNTIL YOU ARE READY TO COOK OR THEY WILL WILT. Boil water for noodles. Once boiling - add noodles for 4 min. After 4 minutes, place in a colander and run them under cold water. Set aside. In a large pan/wok cook pork mixture for 5-8 minutes on med-high or until the pork is no longer pink. Add sauce and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer on low for 5 minutes. Add frozen vegetables to pan and continue to simmer for 5-8 minutes. Add cooked noodles to pan and toss everything together. Enjoy! INSTANT POT INSTRUCTIONS: Thaw meal for best results. Begin preparing rice separately on the stovetop. Empty contents of large zipper bag in the Instant Pot. Add 2 Tbsp of hot water for a 2-3 serving (1/4 cup of water for a 4-6 serving) and cook on High Pressure Meat setting for 8-10 minutes and allow to naturally release for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, QR and remove the lid. Add a cornstarch slurry of 1-2 Tbsp of cornstarch mixed with an equal amount of cold water and slowly stir into the sauce on the Sauté setting until thickened. Stir in the pineapple chunks and serve on a bed of hot rice.
