Thaw completely (we recommend thawing in the fridge for 1-2 days). Begin preparing rice - ignore the instructions on the rice bag and follow these instructions. Add the small bag of sauce, the bag of rice and ¾ cup of water (1 1/2 cups for a 4-6) to a small pot. (We suggest adding the water to the coconut milk bag to get everything from the sides of the bag.) Bring to a boil and reduce heat and simmer for approximately 10 - 12 minutes. Stir while cooking so it doesn’t stick to the pot. While rice is cooking, in a large pan or wok, add the larger sauce bag. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to low. Add the salmon to the pan and simmer for 7-10 minutes. Serve on top of a bed of coconut rice and enjoy!!!
(STOVETOP) Fresh salmon is simmered in a red Thai coconut milk mixture with red peppers, green onions and basil. Served hot over our homemade coconut rice. We suggest serving with our Naan Bread - $3. Dairy & egg free. CAN BE MADE GLUTEN FREE. Low carb option available.
