Thaw completely (we recommend thawing in the fridge for 1-2 days). LEAVE THE BEANS IN THE FREEZER UNTIL YOU ARE READY TO COOK OR THEY WILL WILT. Heat a saucepan on med-high heat. Add chicken and brown on each side for approximately 4 minutes per side. Add sauce and bring to boil. Turn down heat to low. Cover and simmer for approximately 1 hr. Turn chicken throughout cooking. With 20 minutes remaining, boil water for potatoes. Cube potatoes and add to water once it’s boiling. When potatoes can be pierced easily with a fork, roughly mash or leave cubed and butter. With 5 minutes remaining, add green beans to the chicken. Serve the chicken and green beans with sauce on top of the potatoes and enjoy! INSTANT POT INSTRUCTIONS: This meal can be cooked from frozen but will take longer to come to pressure and cook. If cooking from thawed, set IP to Sauté and brown chicken pieces for approximately 4 minutes per side. Add the contents of the sauce bag into the IP and put lid on. Cook on High Pressure / Poultry for 18-20 minutes and allow it to release naturally for 5 minutes and then QR. While this is cooking, cube the potatoes and boil on the stovetop. When they can be pierced easily with a fork, roughly mash or serve cubed with butter. Once you’ve removed the lid from the Instant Pot, set it to Sauté and stir in the green beans. Cook for 3-5 minutes until the beans are heated through. Serve the chicken and green beans with sauce on top of the potatoes and enjoy!
