Thaw completely (we recommend thawing in the fridge for 1-2 days). Place contents of zipper bag in slowcooker. Cook on low for 4-6 hours. 30 min before eating add the bag of kidney beans to the chili and stir together. Pre-heat oven to 400F . Place buns in the oven and bake for 10 - 15 minutes or until top of buns are light brown (5 - 12 minutes for convection oven). Use knife to cut buns into 4 pieces each and serve with chili. Enjoy! INSTANT POT INSTRUCTIONS: Place meal in the Instant Pot, cook on Soup for 25 minutes and allow it to non-pressure release (ie do not use the vent to release the pressure), you could use Sauté at the end to tighten the chili if desired. Heat bun and serve.
