Stovetop/Bake
DO NOT THAW MEAL AHEAD OF TIME. PULL IT OUT 45-60 MINUTES BEFORE YOU’RE READY TO BEGIN COOKING. Run shrimp under cold water for 5-10 minutes or until thawed. Pat shrimp dry with a paper towel or napkin. We also suggest pinching the tails off the shrimp. Preheat oven to 400F and bake potato wedges for 30-35 minutes until golden brown. When the wedges have 10 minutes remaining, heat a pan with enough oil to cover the bottom of the pan. Once the pan is hot, toss shrimp into flour mixture and add to the pan and cook until golden brown, turning often. (Approximately 5-7 minutes.) Remove from pan and serve with dip and potato wedges. We suggest serving with a fresh salad & our Dilly Butter Peas and Corn. Enjoy!
