Thaw completely (we recommend thawing in the fridge for 1-2 days). DO NOT THAW BROCCOLI, COOK FROM FROZEN. Begin preparing pasta (it will take approx 8-11 minutes to cook once it’s in the boiling water). Brown chicken in skillet on medium heat. Add water to the sauce bag (1/2 cup for 2-3 and 1 cup for 4-6), mix up well and add sauce to the chicken and bring to a boil. Once at a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 7-10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add frozen broccoli and continue to cook for an additional 5 minutes or until broccoli is cooked. Serve over cooked pasta and enjoy! We suggest serving with our Garlic Bread and a Caesar Salad! INSTANT POT INSTRUCTIONS: Cook pasta separately on the stovetop. Put chicken and sauce in the Instant Pot (fresh or frozen – frozen will take longer to come to pressure), adding the recommended amount of water to the sauce bag. Cook on High Pressure, Poultry setting for 10-12 minutes. Once done, quick release (QR) and remove chicken. You can thicken the sauce by adding a cornstarch slurry of 1-2 Tbsp of cornstarch mixed with an equal amount of cold water and slowly stir it into the sauce on the Sauté setting until thickened. Add broccoli to sauce and hit Sauté to cook broccoli. Add chicken back to IP and toss gently with cooked pasta. Enjoy!
