Bake
Thaw in fridge for 2 days. Preheat oven to 400F. Place chicken in a roasting pan or baking dish. Roast chicken for 35-45 minutes (until a internal temp is 165F). Occasionally basting the chicken with the juices in the pan. We have provided potatoes with this meal. We suggest roasting them in a different pan at the same time as the chicken with some oil and salt & pepper and your favorite seasonings. Or you can boil them and mash them with a fork or have baked potatoes. Serve chicken with the potatoes. We suggest serving this meal with our Parmesan Green Beans -$6, Enjoy!
