Maui Meatballs *kid favourite*(Bake)
Lean ground beef is complemented with a mixture of spices before being shaped into meatballs. A tangy Hawaiian inspired pineapple sauce completes this dish. Served with Jasmine rice.
Sensational Sirloin Roast(Bake)
AAA Sirloin roast is rubbed with a mixture of spices before being slowly cooked, leaving you with a tender and flavourful dinner. Served with potatoes.
Simply Sirloin Kabobs (Bake/grill)
Lean AAA top sirloin cubes are marinated in a marvelous mixture that produces melt in your mouth kabobs. Have some fresh veggies on hand to add to your skewers. We include a side of Jasmine rice with teriyaki sauce to complete your meal.
Maple Pork Medallions (Bake)
Pork tenderloin medallions are marinated and then slow roasted in a maple syrup and dijon mustard mixture. Served with Jasmine rice.
Bruschetta Chicken(Bake)
Boneless skinless chicken breasts are coated in a mixture of spices and baked in the oven. The chicken is then topped with a light and tasty homemade bruschetta sauce and parmesan cheese. Served with pasta.

An Indian tradition brought to Simply Supper. Tender chunks of boneless skinless chicken thighs are simmered in a heavenly creamy tomato sauce that will melt in your mouth. Served with basmati rice.
Chicken and Chorizo Pasta(Stovetop)
Boneless skinless chicken thighs and chorizo sausage are browned and then simmered in a tomato based sauce with a mixture of herbs and spices and served over top of rotini.
Chicken Fajita Lasagna(Bake)
Boneless, skinless chicken breast pieces are layered with lasagna noodles, red and green peppers, sour cream, cheeses and spices. A fun twist on an old favourite.
Spinach and Feta Gnocchi(Stovetop)
Boneless, skinless chicken breast pieces are tossed with gnocchi (potato pasta), spinach, feta cheese, chunks of sundried tomatoes and a variety of seasonings.
Tangy Cranberry Chicken(Stovetop)
Boneless skinless chicken breast tenders are simmered in a maple syrup, mushroom, green onion and cranberry sauce. Served with Jasmine rice.
Garlic and Shrimp Linguine(Stovetop)
Large black tiger shrimp are sautéed in a sauce made up of garlic, white wine, ground black pepper, basil and parsley. All this gets mixed in with linguine pasta. This is a great meal to serve to family and guests.
Miso Salmon(Bake)
Atlantic salmon is marinated in a Japanese inspired miso sauce. For those unfamiliar with miso it has a salty, buttery flavour. The miso paste, soy sauce and spices bring the out the savoury side of the dish and then maple syrup is added for a touch of sweetness. Served with jasmine rice.
